1. Definitions

  • “Services” refers to all online FPCL services, including invoice payments, information pages, and digital forms.
  • “User”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Website.
  • “Payment Gateway Providers” refers to third-party payment processors such as Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS), mPaisa, MyCash, or similar authorised partners.

2. Use of the Website

By using this Website, you agree to:

  • Use the Website only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with the security or integrity of the Website
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when required
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any protected areas of the Website

3. Invoice Payment System

FPCL provides an online platform for customers to:

  • View invoice information
  • Make secure online payments
  • Receive electronic receipts and confirmations

You acknowledge that:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the correct invoice number, amount, and customer details when making payments.
  • FPCL is not liable for payments made using incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you.
  • Any duplicate or incorrect payments must be reported promptly for investigation.

4. Payment Gateway Integration

FPCL uses trusted, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways to process online payments.
By using the payment services, you agree to the following:

4.1 Merchant Account Management

  • FPCL manages the technical integration only.

  • The customer acknowledges that FPCL does not manage the merchant account onboarding or approval process.
  • API credentials (Test or Live) are provided and controlled by the Payment Gateway Provider.
  • Testing may require live transactions, which must be performed by the customer and/or authorised FPCL personnel as required.

4.2 Payment Processing

  • All debit/credit card or mobile wallet transactions are securely processed by the Payment Gateway Provider.

  • FPCL does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment details.

  • FPCL is not responsible for:

  • Payment gateway downtime
  • Transaction failures due to bank or network issues
  • Delays caused by third-party systems

5. Fees and Charges

  • Payment gateway fees, bank charges, or processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.
  • Any paid plugins, modules, or third-party services required for integration or functionality will be at the client’s cost, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

6. Refunds & Reversals

  • Refunds are issued only after verification and approval by FPCL Finance Team.
  • Refunds may take 5–15 working days depending on the payment provider and banking processes.
  • Any incorrect payment must be reported immediately to: info@fijiports.com.fj

7. Data Privacy

All information collected through this Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Website, you consent to:

  • The collection and processing of your information
  • Sharing relevant payment information with authorised Payment Gateway Providers
